Because our products are sent to production automatically, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of your order being placed. After that, your item enters the printing/engraving queue and cannot be altered.
Our Custom Jewelry items from Printful offer premium luxury gift boxes. However, because our products ship directly from automated fulfillment centers, we cannot add handwritten holiday notes or custom wrapping paper to the packages.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
We use different specialized print networks to ensure top-tier quality for each item type (Jewelry, Shirts, and Cups). If you order a mix of products, they will arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each individual parcel.
Every single item on our store is custom-made on demand just for you.
- Production Time: 2 to 5 business days to print or engrave.
- Shipping Time: 3 to 7 business days for standard delivery once it leaves the facility.
Please email us immediately. If your order has not been picked up by our automated printing networks yet, we can update it. If production has already started, we cannot redirect the package, and you will be responsible for reshipping costs if it returns to our printer.

Yes! Our premium engraved jewelry pieces use high-quality bases plated in genuine 24k Gold, 18k Rose Gold, or Sterling Silver (.925). They are entirely nickel-free and tarnish-resistant.

🔄 Refunds & Returns
Because every item is permanently custom-made specifically for you upon ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or accidental wrong sizes. Please check our apparel sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
If a printer error happens, we will fix it completely free of charge! Send us your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will ship out a brand-new replacement immediately.
