How do I get my digital files? Instant download. Your download links are available immediately on the checkout page and sent to your email after payment clears.
What embroidery formats are included? DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3, and XXX. All popular formats are included in your download zip file.
Can I resell or share the digital files? No. All digital files and embroidery designs are for personal use or production of physical items only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing the files themselves is strictly prohibited.
Do you offer refunds on digital items? No. Due to the nature of instant downloads, all sales for digital files, planners, and embroidery designs are final. If there is a technical issue with your file, email us and we will fix it.

Shipping & Physical Products (Jewelry & Printed Books)

How long does shipping take? Physical items like jewelry and printed books ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location.
Can I return physical items? No. We do not accept returns or refunds on jewelry or books. Please read sizing and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Items

Why did my items arrive in separate packages?

POD items are printed and shipped directly from our manufacturing partners. They will ship separately from our handmade jewelry or print books.

Can I cancel a POD order?

No. POD orders go into production automatically. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
